Click on a marker on the map to get more information on that point of interest, Or click on the points of interest list on the right to zoom and pan the map to that location.

You can zoom and Pan around the map using the map controls. At present, sattelite detail of Australia is not a very high resolution, but that will improve soon.

If you zoom in too far and an image of that detail is not available, simply zoom out in steps until you get an image. That will be the best resolution currently available.
